Hue and Cry features an eight-strong, all-star version of Bobby Previte's Weather Clear, Track Fast band and results in one of his finest efforts as a leader. A good, sturdy cheatin' song from Johnny Cash's Sun period, and the A-side to his very first single, "Cry Cry Cry" finds the Man in Black running afoul of a woman who seems to be having a hard time embracing the concept of fidelity.
